Don't use agoda.com - they won't accept a complaint about a locked emergency exit at a hotel (03 jan 14)
I stayed at this hotel, the Vieng Thong (rhymes with Viet Cong) in Krabi, and took the pictures myself. I have reported it to agoda.com, with whom I booked the hotel, after they asked me for comments. No response. So I tried calling. After entering about 20 numbers, I spoke to someone. She couldn't help me.
However, tripadvisor.com asked me for a review, so I wrote the above, and they published it. They sent me an email saying "Congratulations! Your first review has been published and it looks great." It's called "Locked fire exit".
