Vietnam is more connected than Vienna (02 jun 18)

It took me two hours to post this. Not having an Austrian SIM card, I thought I could just cruise from wifi to wifi. But it's more difficult in the capital of Austria than in rural Vietnam. You often have to go through a login page full of EU jargon, and the signal is usually weak and intermittent.

The pictures are of the Soviet War Memorial, which has a permanent police presence to guard it against vandalism, and of some Ukrainians complaining about a few of their leaders being detained in Moscow. It's not as bad as what the Red Army did in 1945. You'd think they'd make the connection.
